Alienware is a type of computer hardware that is made especially for gamers. They come with great graphics and large hard drives. They also look really neat, and somewhat like aliens. The Alienware models match the alien idea as well.
There are two Alienware notebooks/laptops.
The first one is called Area 51 m9750 and is priced at $1,699 dollers. It’s a 17 inch widescreen, dual hard drives (Up to 640GB), and 1080p video. Read more here.
The other, more expensive, and newer model is Area 51 m15x. Unlike the other model, it has a smaller screen (15.4 inch). It features 1200p Extreme High Definition. Read more about it here.
Other than laptops, Alienware has desktops. They range from $1000-$5000. Here’s one of the five models (Area 51 7500)
This one is priced at $1,399. The cheapest is $1,199, so this is the second cheapest. You can view and or buy Alienware desktops here. So, as you may have noticed Alienware computers can be quite expensive. But, if you have Microsoft Windows XP, there’s something to look for. Alienware.com allows you to download AlienwareGUIse. So, if you can’t afford the computer, make it look like it – for free. And Alienware computers look really cool. There’s four different themes you can download. Each has their own icons for programs.
